Questions

Straight answers, no small print.

If something here is unclear, that is our problem to fix. Everything below describes what the system actually does today.

The basics

What is Jobulary?

Jobulary is an Individual Development Plan (IDP) platform from Bodhih Training. It turns assessment evidence into three outcome-based objectives per cycle, a practice-led path for each, and an honest re-measurement at the end.

Who is it for?

Individuals who want a serious, portable growth plan, and organisations that want to sponsor development plans for their people and see honest evidence of movement.

How long does it take to build a plan?

About an hour for the guided seven-stage interview, in as many sittings as you like. Progress is saved at every stage.

Is it an AI chatbot?

No. It is a structured interview. Each stage is a form the co-pilot proposes and you correct, so the result is a plan you can follow, not a conversation transcript. Rules are checked in code: it cannot invent courses or exceed your available hours.

Your plan

Why only three objectives?

Over-scoping is the most common reason plans are abandoned. Three focused objectives you finish are worth more than ten you do not, and a finished cycle makes the next one more ambitious.

What is the difference between my Big Goal, horizon and cycle?

The Big Goal is years out and says why. The horizon (6–24 months) names capabilities and target levels. The cycle (90, 180 or 365 days) holds three objectives and the weekly work. The Roadmap screen shows the links between them.

What happens if I miss check-ins?

Nothing punitive. There are no streaks to break; the next reminder is simply an invitation back. If the plan no longer fits your week, revise an objective — a plan that fits is better than an ambitious one you abandon.

Do I need my manager?

No. There is no approval gate. A manager can improve a plan and can see progress counts if you are in a sponsored programme, but the plan never waits on them.

Measurement

What does “held steady” mean?

It means the change between two measurements is within measurement error for that interval, so it cannot honestly be called growth or decline. It is a legitimate result, reported with the reason.

How big does a change need to be to count as growth?

It depends on the interval and the precision of the reading. As a guide on the 0–100 scale: about 8 points over 90 days, 6 over six months, and 5 over twelve months.

What is the difference between measured and self-rated?

A measured score comes from a validated assessment. A self-rated score is your own placement. Both are useful, but they are different kinds of fact, and every number in Jobulary says which it is.

Privacy & ownership

Can my employer read my reflections?

No. Reflections and check-in notes have no read path for sponsors or managers under any configuration. Sponsors see objectives and progress; managers see progress counts.

What happens to my plan if I leave my job?

Your sponsor’s access ends and your record stays with you — assessments, completed cycles and credentials, across every employer.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes, at any time, from your Account page.

Which email should I use?

A personal address. The record is meant to outlive any one job, and it cannot follow you if it is anchored to an inbox your employer can close.

Organisations & pricing

How is Jobulary priced?

Organisations pay per participant per cycle. Individuals can start on a free tier; validated assessment, catalogue recommendations and re-measurement are paid. Public prices will be published once validated with design partners.

Can we use our own competency framework?

Yes. Your framework maps into the open Competency Spine, so your people see your language and results stay comparable across cohorts and time.

Will sponsored employees see prices or upsells?

No. A sponsored engagement cannot carry a price, an upsell or a purchasable recommendation — this is enforced server-side.

What does the sponsor console report?

Cohorts, planning and activity, and at re-assessment a count of individuals whose change exceeded measurement error, per competency — with the cohort mean shown alongside so outliers are visible.
