Terms of use

The agreement, in language you can actually read.

Draft, pending legal review. Accurate about how the service works, but not yet reviewed by a lawyer and not yet a binding contract.

What Jobulary is, and is not

It is a tool for planning professional development. It is not career advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any kind of clinical or psychological service — and when a conversation drifts towards those, the product will say so and point you at someone qualified rather than answering.

Assessment results are estimates from instruments with known measurement error. They are useful for deciding what to work on. They are not a verdict on you, and they should not be the sole basis of a hiring, promotion or termination decision. We report the error alongside the number precisely so nobody can pretend otherwise.

Your account

One person, one account, kept for as long as you want it. If your employer sponsored your cycle and that relationship ends, their access closes and your record stays with you. You may export it at any time and ask for it to be deleted.

Sponsored programmes

Where an organisation pays for your cycle, they see your objectives and your progress against them, and aggregate movement across the cohort. They never see your reflections or your check-in notes. Nothing purchasable is shown to you inside a sponsored programme.

Payment

Bodhih Training is the seller of record for anything you buy. Prices are set per currency rather than converted at an exchange rate. Cancellation is a link in your account, not an email to support and not a phone call.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will keep your record available, exportable and private as described. We do not promise that following a plan produces a promotion, a raise, or a particular assessment score — nobody honestly can, and a product that did would be worth less than one that admits it.

Governing law

To be confirmed on legal review. Bodhih Training is incorporated in India; consumer protection law in your own country may give you rights that override anything here, and where it does, it wins.
