What we hold, and what we will never show your employer.
The short version
- Your reflections and check-in notes are never visible to a sponsoring employer, at any setting, with any consent. There is no read path to them in the system.
- A sponsor sees your objectives and how far through them you are. Your individual competency scores are shown to them only in aggregate, unless you separately agree.
- Your record does not end when a job does. Separation closes your employer’s access; it does not delete you.
- You can export everything, and you can ask us to delete it.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use what you write to train models.
What we collect
Your name as you choose to write it, a personal contact address, and — if your employer is sponsoring you — the fact of that relationship. Assessment results, the plan you build, your progress through it, and anything you write in check-ins and reflections.
What we deliberately never collect or infer: age, health, caste, religion, gender identity, disability or family status. Not from a form, not inferred from what you write, and not even if you volunteer them. The co-pilot is instructed to ignore them and the record has nowhere to put them.
Why we ask for a personal address
Because a work email is a credential, not an anchor. If your corporate mailbox is the only way into your account, losing the job destroys both your login and your password reset — and the record we told you was yours becomes unreachable. Nobody completes a first assessment without a confirmed personal contact, and we will not waive that for a bulk enterprise roll-out.
Where your data lives
Residency follows you, not your employer. An EU-resident employee of an Indian company is an EU data subject, and the region is fixed when your record is created and used to route everything about you thereafter.
Your rights
Access, correction, export and erasure — under the DPDP Act if you are in India, the GDPR if you are in the EU or UK, and as a matter of product design everywhere else. Export produces a machine-readable file of everything, not a summary. Requests are queued with a deadline set by whichever regime applies to you.
One honest limit: where an employer has a lawful basis of their own to retain a record of a programme they paid for, erasing your copy does not erase theirs. We will tell you exactly what that covers rather than implying we can delete something we cannot.
AI
What you write during the interview is sent to a language model to produce your plan. It is not used to train that model, it is not retained for training by us, and it is never used to build a profile of you for anyone else. If a model is unavailable the product composes deterministically and says so on screen rather than pretending.
